Dress Code:
Casual wear such as shorts, tank tops, swim suites, short sleeved shirts, sundresses and light slacks are the perfect day-wear fashion at the resort. At night some restaurants require casual elegance. Men require close toed shoes.

 

Zika Virus: 

The CDC advisory recommends that women who are pregnant in any trimester or women who are considering getting pregnant consider postponing travel to areas where Zika virus transmission is ongoing. ALL bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are nonrefundable.There is a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person after reservation is under deposit, up until final payment. After final payment the reservation is non refundable.The change fee is $50 per person .The hotel may have additional penalties at the time of cancellation. All cancellations must be received in writing. Travel insurance protects your investment.

Currency exchange service: due to the new laws enacted by the Mexican government, we hereby inform you that we will not be able to accept cash payment for stays or services in dollars. The new legislation also prohibits reception from exchanging dollars for pesos. This new legislation will not affect transactions carried out in other currencies.
