**Vacations In Paradise is the dedicated Destination Wedding Travel Specialist assigned to arrange the best travel packages for our wedding. To ensure coordination in all planning, please make your travel arrangements through our travel agents at Vacations in Paradise. 

​

Any Guest who books a room outside of the groups room block will be charged $25 per person per event to attend the wedding events. 

​

Inclusions:

• Room prices are listed PER PERSON based on the number of guests in each room.

• ALL-INCLUSIVE - Hotel accommodations, All Inclusive Meal Plan, taxes, gratuities, and shared round trip airport transfers from CUN airport. 

• All meals and drinks including alcoholic beverages.

• These rates are an early booking special with a limited number of rooms available, rates can not be guaranteed after the deposit date. Please submit your deposit to secure your  room and rate. 

• MINIMUM STAY: 3 Nights 

• Only a maximum of four people may occupy each room, regardless of age.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNING U.S. PASSENGERS:

U.S.: All American passengers over the age of 2 years must provide one of the following before boarding their flight back into the U.S.

A negative COVID-19 test result (PCR or Antigen) taken within 3-days prior to boarding.  Documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 and approved to travel by a doctor.

 

ZIKA VIRUS:

The CDC advisory recommends that women who are pregnant in any trimester or women who are considering getting pregnant consider postponing travel to areas where Zika virus transmission is ongoing. ALL bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. There will be no exceptions to this policy, including for travelers who are or are trying to become pregnant. consider the many benefits of purchasing this travel protection plan at time of booking to avoid cancellation and protect their travel investment. COVID-19:

COVID 19 is a known disease and by booking this trip you are aware that you are doing so at your own risk . You should follow all the protocols that have been put in place by the Airlines, Transfer Companies, Tour Operators and Hotels to insure the safest possible vacation. ALL bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. For more information on Traveling during this time please visit the CDC website.

Travel with Peace of Mind

 

At The Fives Hotels & Residences we have made a conscious commitment to keep our properties COVID Free. In April of 2020 we implemented “The Five Initiatives for Safe & Healthy Holidays”, a comprehensive, 360 degree health & safety protocol that we continue to update on a daily basis as new information is received. We have enhanced our protocols to include daily random and statistically significant testing of staff and voluntary testing of guests to ensure our premises remain safe for those who stay on site. In addition we are now providing on site testing at subsidized pricing for both Antigen & PCR tests, including free Antigen tests for all clients staying 4 nights or more.

A critical piece of this program from the beginning has been a commitment to keeping our resorts free of the COVID virus. In the rare event where a guest receives a positive test result, or displays any potential symptoms, we are obligated to ensure complete isolation from all other guests and staff. To accomplish this, we will provide transfers and complimentary room accommodations (food & beverage not included) for up to 14 nights in a specialized COVID hotel near the Cancun Airport for all members of the party. Clients can also opt to receive a refund for the unused portion of their vacation and secure alternate accommodations of their choice.

Travel Insurance:

 

Per person (Recommended).  Trip insurance protects your investment. Travel Protection Plan payment required at time of booking.

Once paid, Travel Protection Plan is non-refundable.
