​​Vacations In Paradise is the dedicated Destination Wedding Travel Specialist assigned to arrange the best travel packages for our wedding. To ensure coordination in all planning, please make your travel arrangements through our travel agents at Vacations in Paradise.

Any Guest who books a room outside of the group's room block will be charged $75 per person per event to attend the wedding events.

INCLUSIONS:

Room prices are listed PER PERSON based on the number of guests in each room.

ALL-INCLUSIVE - Hotel accommodations, All Inclusive Meal Plan, taxes, gratuities, and shared round trip airport transfers from CUN airport.

All meals and drinks including alcoholic beverages.

These rates are an early booking special with a limited number of rooms available, rates can not be guaranteed after the deposit date. Please submit your deposit to secure your room and rate.

MINIMUM STAY: 3 Nights

Only a maximum of four people may occupy each room, regardless of age.

Kids & Teenagers Stay Free Promotion: Booking 3 nights or more and children & teenagers stay free.

TERMS:

The Kids & Teenagers Stay Free promotion is valid for 17-year-old and under sharing a room with a full paying adult. Limited to two children/teenagers per room. Children & Teenagers’’ ages must be notified in the reservation and ages must be accurate at time of travel (proof of age will be required upon check-in). In the event that ages are incorrect, the difference in the rate will be charged upon check-in. Promotion is subject to change without prior notice. This promotion is not valid with the use of Incentive or Complimentary weeks.

Ground transportation Included Airport- Resort- Airport.

Each member of the Group will be responsible for providing airline flight information so we can book the transportation service a minimum of three weeks in advance. Transportation is not provided if this information is not provided in time.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNING U.S. PASSENGERS:

U.S.: All American passengers over the age of 2 years must provide one of the following before boarding their flight back into the U.S.

A negative COVID-19 test result (PCR or Antigen) taken within 3-days prior to boarding.  Documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 and approved to travel by a doctor. 

ZIKA VIRUS:

The CDC advisory recommends that women who are pregnant in any trimester or women who are considering getting pregnant consider postponing travel to areas where Zika virus transmission is ongoing. ALL bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. There will be no exceptions to this policy, including for travelers who are or are trying to become pregnant. consider the many benefits of purchasing this travel protection plan at time of booking to avoid cancellation and protect their travel investment. COVID-19:

COVID 19 is a known disease and by booking this trip you are aware that you are doing so at your own risk . You should follow all the protocols that have been put in place by the Airlines, Transfer Companies, Tour Operators and Hotels to insure the safest possible vacation. ALL bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation policy. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. For more information on Traveling during this time please visit the CDC website.​

Per person (Recommended).  Trip insurance protects your investment. Travel Protection Plan payment required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are nonrefundable.There is a minimum cancellation fee of $150 per person after reservation is under deposit, up until final payment. After final payment the reservation is non refundable.The change fee is $50 per person. The hotel may have additional penalties at the time of cancellation. All cancellations must be received in writing. Travel insurance protects your investment.
